1Acceptance of Terms

3Member Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your emas444 account username and password. Please take note of the following:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until you report any unauthorized access to emas444 support.
• Contact the emas444 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Emas444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts that claim to represent emas444.

Emas444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, including multiple login attempts, unusual betting patterns, or signs of bot or automated software usage.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Emas444 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via the following payment methods:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned after an administrative fee has been deducted.
• Emas444 does not charge any hidden fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own separate charges.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for standard accounts and RM 100,000 for VIP Platinum accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days, and up to 2 hours on weekends and public holidays.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your emas444 account.
• Emas444 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

Emas444 reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and may submit a dispute through the official support channel.

6Bonus & Promotions

10Account Termination & Suspension

Emas444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or other misconduct.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the emas444 support team. Once an account is voluntarily closed, any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.

11Limitation of Liability
